A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason.
International Returns (Outside the EU)
For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns are not generally accepted. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me — I'll do my best to help.
Returns Within the European Union
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform the Seller of your decision by sending an email including the tracking number of the return shipment to contact@kickomi.com.

💬 Complaints
The customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years in the event of a defect in the product. Complaints should be submitted via email to contact@kickomi.com — please include a description of the issue and attach photos of the defective product.
