International Returns (Outside the EU)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, returns are not generally accepted. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact me — I’ll do my best to help.


Returns Within the European Union

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, please inform the Seller of your decision by sending an email including the tracking number of the return shipment to:

Refunds

The refund will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless the customer agrees to a different method.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

⚠️ Returns Are Not Accepted For:

  • Blind box products that have been opened

  • Products made or ordered individually at the customer’s request


💬 Complaints

The customer has the right to submit a complaint within 2 years in the event of a defect in the product.

Please include a description of the issue and attach photos of the defective product.
