On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, enters into force. Its purpose is to modernize and harmonize personal data protection regulations in force within the European Union.

The regulation imposes additional obligations and guidelines on companies regarding the management and processing of personal data. With due regard to the due diligence and security of your personal data, we hereby inform you that:

2. Data origin
We obtained your data as a result of the customer account registration process in our store or when placing an order as a guest.

3. The data we collect is:
data necessary to log in to your account on the portal:

  • email address

  • password

and data necessary to process the order (required for order identification and invoicing) as well as to ship the ordered goods. In each case, these are:

  • name

  • last name

  • name

  • full address

  • Tax Identification Number (for invoicing)

  • phone

4. Automatic processing of personal data.
Personal data collected automatically (cookies) is used to personalize the content of our websites and analyze user behavior (profiling). The data processed in this regard does not identify the customer in any way, as it is stored in a structure separate from other data. 5. We process the personal data obtained for the following purposes:

  • fulfillment of obligations arising from the contract between us,

  • handling orders placed in our company,

  • tax and accounting (required by law),

  • providing online payment services,

  • ensuring the security of the cocoshki.pl website,

  • counteracting abuse and violations of the law against our website and our company,

  • statistical analyses,

  • debt collection, including conducting any possible court and mediation proceedings,

  • monitoring user activity in order to develop and improve the website and adapt the presented offer to the demonstrated interests,

  • creating and presenting various promotional campaigns, competitions and loyalty programs,

  • contacting you to present an offer or other marketing information,

  • providing information not directly related to a specific order, in particular responding to inquiries from the website's contact forms,

  • saving data in cookies,


6. Who can we share personal data with?
The collected personal data may be transferred:

  • our subcontractors for the purposes necessary to fulfill individual orders,

  • entities providing postal and courier services,

  • entities providing marketing services that, on behalf of and on behalf of printing.pl, conduct selected promotional campaigns, such as sending a newsletter

  • entities that provide us with their ICT tools

Everyone who uses our company's services has the right under the GDPR, i.e. the right to access, rectify and delete their data, limit their processing, the right to transfer them, not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, and the right to object to the processing of their personal data.
The right to object to the processing of your personal data is granted when the processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by a specific situation in the field of direct marketing (including profiling for this purpose)

You may express or withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to contact.kickomi.com. You may also submit a request to us regarding your personal data rights, which may include:

  • correcting data

  • deletion of data

  • restrictions on data processing;

  • access to data (copy or information about what data we process);

  • transferring data to another controller (to the extent specified in Article 20 of the GDPR).

We reserve that in order to verify your access rights to your data, we may ask you to provide additional information that will help us authenticate the applicant.

If the Customer does not indicate consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing the contract or withdraws it, any order will be fulfilled on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – the processing of these data will be necessary for the performance of the contract and delivery of the goods to the Customer.

Data processing for marketing purposes will only take place on the basis of consent granted, if it is expressed during registration or at a later date in the customer panel, or sent by e-mail to contact@kickomi.com
