On May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, enters into force. Its purpose is to modernize and harmonize personal data protection regulations in force within the European Union.
The regulation imposes additional obligations and guidelines on companies regarding the management and processing of personal data. With due regard to the due diligence and security of your personal data, we hereby inform you that:

We obtained your data as a result of the customer account registration process in our store or when placing an order as a guest.

4. Automatic processing of personal data.
Personal data collected automatically (cookies) is used to personalize the content of our websites and analyze user behavior (profiling). The data processed in this regard does not identify the customer in any way, as it is stored in a structure separate from other data. The right to object to the processing of your personal data is granted when the processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes, and the objection is justified by a specific situation in the field of direct marketing (including profiling for this purpose)

If the Customer does not indicate consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of performing the contract or withdraws it, any order will be fulfilled on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – the processing of these data will be necessary for the performance of the contract and delivery of the goods to the Customer.
Data processing for marketing purposes will only take place on the basis of consent granted, if it is expressed during registration or at a later date in the customer panel, or sent by e-mail to contact@kickomi.com
