How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Returns

Can I return a product if it has been opened or used?

I understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, even if it has been opened or used. Depending on the product type and condition, I may offer a refund or exchange. Please email me for more information. Due to the nature of blind box products, they are non-returnable once opened.

Orders made at the customer's special request are also non-refundable.

However, if the product turns out to be defective, I will initiate a complaint procedure - in such a situation, please contact me by email with a photo of the defect.

Do I have to cover shipping costs when returning a product?

In most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In some cases, I may offer free returns, depending on the product type or circumstances.

Are the products original?

Of course! All the products in the store are original—sourced directly from official manufacturers and distributors. You can be sure they're real gems, not fakes.

Are the figurines new and sealed?

Yes, all figurines are new and originally sealed.

I don't open boxes to see what model is inside - with Blind Box, the element of surprise is part of the collecting experience.

If I buy multiple figures from the same series, can I get a duplicate?

No - I ship figures from one full box, so there should be no duplicates in standard series.
