A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within14 calendar daysof receiving the goods – without having to give a reason.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase (unless the Customer agrees to a different form).
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
⚠️ A returnis not availablein the case of:
- „blind box” products that have been opened,
- products brought in for the customer'sindividual order.
💬 Complaints
The Customer has the right to file a complaint within 2 years if a defect in the goods is found.
Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to:contact@kickomi.com, describing the problem and attaching photos of the defective product.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract and return of the goods, the money will be refunded to the customer within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
