Disney Steamboat Willie

Disney Steamboat Willie

Blind Box | Collectible Figure

Disney Steamboat Willie is a tribute to the very beginnings – the black-and-white Mickey from 1928, who started the entire Disney legend. A retro, nostalgic aesthetic in collectible form, each figurine like a frame from the first cartoon. You open the box, and you don't know which classic Mickey will join your collection.

Myszka Miki: Walt Disney & Ub Iwerks - KICKOMI

Mickey Mouse: Walt Disney & Ub Iwerks

Dowiedz się więcej →

Walt lost everything — the character, the animators, the contract. On the train from New York to Hollywood he invented a mouse. His wife said: “not Mortimer, give him Mickey.” His friend Ub Iwerks drew three circles, red shorts and white gloves. On 18 November 1928 Mickey Mouse whistled in Steamboat Willie and changed the history of entertainment. Almost a hundred years later, three circles are still one of the most recognisable silhouettes on Earth — on the ears at Disneyland, on collaborations with KAWS and Supreme, on plush toys and figures of collectors around the world.
