There are evenings that call for soft light. The Black Bullet lava lamp is a classic with a sleek, black casing on a chrome base — the lazily floating wax in clear liquid mesmerizes, calms, and transforms an ordinary corner of a room into a small, magical space. A 70s retro soul for a desk, shelf, or bedside table.
