Peach Riot: Libby Frame
Dowiedz się więcej →Libby Frame didn't design figures. She designed a band. The Los Angeles illustrator, an Illustration Design graduate, was a concept artist before joining Pop Mart. When she received the collaboration offer, she knew one thing: she had to create something she could stick with for years. She combined music, fashion, and rebellion — and that's how Peach Riot was born. Three girls, three personalities, one band: Poppy, Gigi, and Frankie. Rooted in 90s aesthetics, inspired by the riot grrrl movement from the Pacific Northwest — anarchic, energetic music about freedom of expression. Each figure has a lot of movement because, for Libby, a pose is a narrative. The t-shirts on the figures from the Rise Up series are her own designs from the shop she ran before Pop Mart. For the Punk Fairy series, she wrote and recorded her own song. Her style, identity, and musical taste live in Poppy, Gigi, and Frankie — not intentionally, it just happens that way. Meet the artist who poured herself into each character.
