Where to buy Pop Mart in Poland without ending up with a fake
The question we get asked most often: "where can I buy original Pop Mart, Labubu or Skullpanda without getting scammed?". The answer fits in two sentences, so let's start with those and then break them down.
Pop Mart has exactly one official domain on the internet: popmart.com. Anything else that presents itself as an "official Pop Mart store" isn't official — and you need to check it before you enter your card details.
This isn't opinion or marketing. Pop Mart itself has repeatedly warned in public that websites impersonating the brand operate online, taking payments and shipping no authentic products — or nothing at all. The company states clearly that its only official online store is popmart.com, and that beyond it Pop Mart sells through authorised partners and its own physical stores.
Pop Mart's only official domain
Pop Mart's official online store is popmart.com — with a Polish version at popmart.com/pl. The domain is registered to Pop Mart (International) Limited, the company behind brands such as Labubu (The Monsters), Molly, Dimoo, Skullpanda and Hirono.
The key rule worth remembering once and for all: only addresses ending in .popmart.com are official (including subdomains such as fwsy.popmart.com, used to verify authenticity). Any other address — even if it contains the words "popmart", "pop-mart" or "polska" — is not the brand's official store.
Websites calling themselves an "official Pop Mart store" — that aren't
There are several websites on the Polish internet that state outright in their titles and descriptions "Official POP MART store in Poland" and sell Labubu, Cry Baby or Skullpanda. The problem is that being official doesn't come from a line of text on a website. Pop Mart runs one official online store — popmart.com (with a Polish version at popmart.com/pl). If a website isn't that domain, it isn't the brand's official store, however many of its pages say otherwise.
Examples of domains that, at the time of publication, present themselves as official or Polish Pop Mart stores but are not the brand's official store: pop-mart.pl, popmart-polska.com and popmartpolska.com. None of them has an official relationship with popmart.com that could be confirmed with Pop Mart itself — and a domain other than .popmart.com simply means a separate entity, not a version of the brand. A hyphenated spelling ("pop-mart"), the word "polska" or an ending other than .popmart.com aren't details. They're the very signal that you're dealing with something other than the official Pop Mart store.
A practical note: the list of such domains changes over time — some disappear, new ones appear. So instead of memorising names, learn the one rule in the section below.
How to spot an impersonator in 30 seconds
You don't need to be an expert. Just run through this short list before you pay.
Check the domain itself in the address bar
Does the address end in .popmart.com? If so — it's the official Pop Mart store. If it's anything else (.pl, a hyphenated .com, "polska" in the name, etc.) — it isn't the brand's official website, no matter what the header says.
Go to popmart.com by typing the address, not from an ad
The surest way to reach the real store is to type popmart.com into your browser yourself, or to follow a link from Pop Mart's verified social media profiles (e.g. @popmartglobal). Official channels link only to popmart.com. Avoid clicking sponsored "Pop Mart -50%" ads, as they're a common route to sites impersonating the brand.
Assess the price and "last minute" messages
Fresh releases at a deep discount, "only 100 left", a countdown clock, an "export variant" — these are classic pressure tactics. An "export variant" or "factory surplus" is usually an excuse meant to explain why a figure has no working QR code or fails verification — supposedly "because it's the Asian market version". Pop Mart doesn't make inferior "export versions"; every original has the same security system. And the company doesn't authorise hot new releases to be sold at a fraction of the price.
Look for company details and payment methods
No real company address, no contact other than a form, pressure to pay by bank transfer instead of card or PayPal — these are red flags. Card and PayPal payments let you file a claim and get a refund if something goes wrong.
- Official Pop Mart online store = an address ending in .popmart.com. Everything else is an independent shop — so check it before you hand over your card details.
- "Official" in a page title means nothing. What counts is the domain itself, not a claim on the website.
- A hyphen, "polska", a different ending in the address isn't a variant of the brand — it's a separate entity.
- The authenticity of a specific figure is checked separately: by scanning the QR code on the box, which on an original leads to fwsy.popmart.com.
So where can you buy safely
In practice you have two reliable routes to original Pop Mart in Poland:
- Directly at popmart.com/pl — the brand's official store, with a Polish-language version and shipping.
- From a trusted, transparent seller who doesn't pretend to be Pop Mart, but openly sells authentic figures from a legitimate source — and can show it.
The second route makes sense when you value curation, advice, Polish customer service, faster delivery or access to series that aren't currently available on popmart.com. Provided the seller is transparent: says who they are, where their stock comes from and doesn't impersonate the brand.
Why Kickomi is a safe choice
Kickomi doesn't pretend to be Pop Mart and doesn't call itself an "official Pop Mart store" — because it isn't one and doesn't want to mislead anyone. We're an independent Polish art toy shop selling original Pop Mart figures and other brands, with clear provenance and no "export variants". You pay for an original and you get an original.
- Transparency instead of impersonation — you know who you're buying from and what you're getting.
- Only authentic products — no fakes, no far-fetched excuses about factory surplus.
- Shipped from Poland, not from China — we send parcels domestically, so delivery is faster, with no risk of customs duties or surprises, and any return or complaint is handled locally.
- Polish customer service and a curatorial approach — figures chosen with collectors in mind, not at random.
