Always on standby, always alert and always one step away from getting on someone's nerves. This Fuggler is hard to spot, because he was born a master of camouflage. Even his underwear is camo. His fur is green and long, like a meadow nobody has mown in years, so in the undergrowth he becomes practically invisible. Human eyes track your every move, and human teeth wait for the right moment. Camo underpants complete the look of a commando who takes his mission deadly seriously. He usually lurks in the bushes or in long grass, ready to leap out at an unsuspecting victim. Safer to keep him clipped to you. At least then you know where he is. Probably.

For her, it was a sign she was on the right track. And so, in 2010, the Fugglers were born — “Funny Ugly Monsters” — plush monsters with human teeth, button eyes and a mission to ruin your life deliberately and with charm.
