Hard to say who in their right mind invites a little menace like this into their life full-time. Yet people make strange decisions, and sometimes they're the best ones. Mr Buttons has blue fur swirled like a storm in a teacup, eyes split by a vertical slit like a cat that's plotting something, and teeth. Human teeth. He smiles with them in a way that leaves you unsure whether he wants a hug or a bite. For everyone's safety, best to clip him to you and never let him out of your sight. On a leash he'll cause at least slightly less mischief. No guarantees, though: nobody takes responsibility for his behaviour.

Fuggler: Louise McGettrick
Learn more →Louise McGettrick was looking for a gift for her husband and ended up with a bag of fake teeth from eBay. She sewed them into a plush bear. Her husband was horrified. For her, it was a sign she was on the right track. And so, in 2010, the Fugglers were born — “Funny Ugly Monsters” — plush monsters with human teeth, button eyes and a mission to ruin your life deliberately and with charm. No plan, no budget, no marketing. Just a bag of dentures and a sense of humour that changed the rules of the game in the world of plush toys.
