This little monster looks like he's walked straight out of a fire, and that's more or less what happened. Sasquoosh stood by the burner for too long and his fur took on the colours of the flames: orange, yellow and red flow over him like lava down the side of a volcano. He hides in the shadows under the lab bench, and human teeth glint in his grin. Warm to the touch, hot-headed by nature. Wherever he turns up, things heat up, and sometimes a little too much. Best worn clipped to you, and kept well away from matches.

Fuggler: Louise McGettrick - KICKOMI

Fuggler: Louise McGettrick

Learn more →

Louise McGettrick was looking for a gift for her husband and ended up with a bag of fake teeth from eBay. She sewed them into a plush bear. Her husband was horrified. For her, it was a sign she was on the right track. And so, in 2010, the Fugglers were born — “Funny Ugly Monsters” — plush monsters with human teeth, button eyes and a mission to ruin your life deliberately and with charm. No plan, no budget, no marketing. Just a bag of dentures and a sense of humour that changed the rules of the game in the world of plush toys.
